**How to use it?** After taking a bath, apply moisturizing lotion and wear JERN Moisturizing Gel Socks and Gloves for 30 - 60 minutes. No need to wash your hands and feet after you remove them. Just wear your cotton socks. It is also completely safe to wear these moisturizing gloves and socks while sleeping. **Care Instructions:** Gently hand wash in cold water, without twisting. Line dry in shade first from the outside and then invert it to dry from the inside.
