Therefore, this brush MUST be cleaned with Alcohol or Brush Cleaner AND "shaped (as pictured)" before using. DO NOT USE ACETONE to clean the brush. If you have any questions about the cleaning or shaping of the brush process, you may message us and we will try to answer all your questions before purchasing. We have confident in the brushes we sell and would like for you to have the same confident before purchasing. This brush is crimped by Princess Boutique, if you wish to get the shape as pictured, you must purchase it from us. If you purchase from any other seller it may look different. Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 hours will result in a 10% cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the shipping fee , whichever is more.We ship out all our products in 2-3 days from Dover Warehouse .

Returns:
You are welcome to return every purchase within 30 days if not open, and the cost of the product fee will be refunded partially. (Not cover the shipping fee). We will charge 10% -15% of the order as the restocking fee.
