It can be helpful to wear the device for 10-20 mins before sleeping so, you’ll become comfortable with it inside your mouth. Keep the mouthguard sanitary by washing it regularly. Use a soft-bristle brush and soap when cleaning the mouthguard. Make sure you rinse off all soap and suds after washing. DO NOT soak the device in mouthwash, and other liquid that contains alcohol as it will damage the product and shorten its lifespan. To avoid fitting issues, make sure you: ●DO NOT Use the mouthguard straight from its package without heating and molding. ●DO NOT Use lukewarm water to heat the mouthguard.
